George Will deconstructs the presumed tactic by liberals to pressure Justice John Roberts in the Supreme Court away from voting down Obama’s key point of legislation.

The individual mandate of the Health Care act, whose constitutionality is currently being debated by the Supreme Court, looks like it may be threatened by the conservative court, prompting the Left to tactically manoeuvre in order to get the justices to vote in the proper way.  George Will’s assertion that the ruse is obvious and desperate holds true, and when looked at historically, has had very little effectiveness in the past.
